You’ve been taught to avoid or erase bad feelings because they manifest your painful, unwanted material reality

But bad feelings DO NOT manifest your reality

Bad feelings feel bad

That’s bad enough

Feelings (Good or Bad) Are Information

Bad feelings are evidence that you need to change how you’re manifesting something

Either something outside yourself or your self

Usually manifesting both differently is the best option

All You Need to Do With Feelings is Feel Them

Put this to rest

You don’t need to manufacture better feelings by using positive affirmations

Since feelings don’t manifest your reality, there are no “correct” or “incorrect” feelings about your reality

While some are preferred over others, there are only the feelings you actually have 

And those feelings are the only ones you need to feel
